Nature of the payment
Payments on Rank for Help are sponsorship for visibility, not donations. They are invoiced with VAT by Software as Help S.L. 100 % of the net amount after payment processing fees is allocated to the development of free modules of the Software as Help patient app, as published on the transparency page.
Positions can change at any time. A spot is a recognition and a visibility space, not a guarantee of clicks, traffic or results. No refunds except moderation rejection or technical error.
Your listing
By listing a product or person you declare that you have the right to do so. We may remove any listing that breaks the rules; in that case the payment is refunded. Health products are reviewed before publication.
Privacy
The only personal data we require is your email, used for invoices and notifications about your spot. Outbound clicks are logged anonymised (no IP, hashed referrer, country only). You can ask us to delete your account; the public ledger keeps the contribution with the product name only.
Takedown request
If your brand or name is listed without permission, write to the contact address with the URL of the card. We remove the listing and refund the payer within 24 hours.
